Happy 2nd Birthday Charlie!!!

CupCake Contest

We decorated cupcakes for Charlie's Birthday. Everyone participated and the prize was a spot on the cupcake tree. The tree only holds 13 and we decorated 48 cupcakes. Lauren got the most spots on the tree, plus the #1 spot with her cookie monster cake -- so all hail Lauren the Cupcake Queen.

I am the Best Mom Ever!!

Okay I'll admit, I've had my doubts... I almost dropped him as a new born, he isn't potty trained yet, he has actually had to stand in the corner at the grocery store for a timeout, I sometimes use the t.v. as a babysitter so I can read a magazine and the list goes on... but today ALL that was forgotten. Charlie got the best present ever for his 2nd birthday. His Nana, Great Nana,Chris and I went in together and got this Thomas inflatable bouncer. I know, kids are happy with a pot and a spoon or whatever.. I hear ya, did your child ever beam with pure love and say Thank you Thank you Mommy after you gave him a spoon? Case closed. So if you want to be the best mommy ever too -- go to ToysRUs now, don't walk, run -- they are only $99.00 on clearance (reg. $300.00)!! Best money ever spent- don't forget to buy the 300 pack of balls to fill it!

Sesame Street Live

So, we went to Sesame Street Live and for those of you who don't know it, to the two year old set this is kind of a big deal. Mendy got us passes before the show to meet the characters and eat pizza with them. BIG DEAL AGAIN! From his reaction, we're thinking Charlie may grow up and want to travel with the show as Elmo or at the very least Elmo's groupie.

Date Night

Charlie spent the night with Nana and Papa and we went out!!

Still more Christmas..

More Christmas...

These are from the day after Christmas at Lulu and Poppy's house. The Shannons, the Byrds, the Gaddis', the Witts were all in attendance. I didn't get a good picture of anyone because there is a lot of chaos when the kids get together, but they had lots of fun!

Some pictures from Christmas

The train table was the big gift this year. Charlie is in a Thomas the Tank faze so he was very excited!

Pink Pig!!!

So, Drew heard about a ride at Macy's called the Pink Pig. Apparently every Christmas they set it up and people wait in line to ride it. So Katie-O and I decided that we would set aside a day to go and ride the Pig. Unfortunately every one else in Atlanta was thinking the same thing. After two hours we finally get on the ride, and I have to say it was pretty lame. We felt bad that Charlie had waited so long to ride it--and I guess we were wrong. Charlie LOVED it. We have talked about the pink pig almost everyday since then. So, it looks like a new tradition is born.

Thanksgiving at the Littlefields

Jack, Campbell and Charlie do NOT cooperate when asked to pose for pictures.

Halloween Weekend In Florida

We went to visit "Chuck and GranBetsy" in Longboat Key over Halloween weekend. As you can see we Trick-or-Treated, and spent lots of time at the beach. Enjoy!
