"Swimming like Diego"
Everything at our house pretty much centers around Dora or Diego at this point. It can be as simple as a pair of shoes. Me: Charlie go get your shoes. Charlie: My Dora shoes? Me: Sure your Dora shoes (note: he doesn't actually have Dora shoes, just any shoes that require socks fit the bill) Charlie: But I want my Diego shoes... and on and on and on. These pictures look super happy but prior to this I asked Charlie to lay back and wash his hair. As usual the tears began. And then I remembered - Diego washes his hair too! Go Diego Go! And so it goes with a stubborn toddler.. "al rescate!"
Play Ball!
We went to a Lookouts game Friday night. Charlie loved the game and the hot dogs and the general crowd stuff- but he was not at all sure about Louie the Mascot. To be perfectly honest, I'm not either.
